Things to do in Boracay!

The place we visited, which is Boracay, was such a heavenly tourist destination.  The sea was deep blue and the white sand was so smooth.  It was as if God spent more time creating this amazing beach resort.  No wonder, it ranked 2nd in the world’s Best Beaches.  I couldn’t ask for anything more.  Maybe more free flights going to Boracay.

I also feel like the food deserves a mention.  A lot of people there preferred barbeques which is perfect for this wonderful place.  I also loved eating inside the hotel since the food there wasn’t that expensive and still scrumptious.  When we took a deep in the water, we stopped at an island where they served delicious food.  We went there to experience food in the middle of the sea.  Gorgeous!

Moreover, I did a lot of activities in Boracay such as banana boating, sea surfing, scuba diving, island hopping, and shopping.  The banana boat was exciting as I rode it with a group of people who were all shouting and shrieking because of the ‘fun’ experience.  Sea surfing was, on the other hand, nerve-wracking but incredibly fulfilling as it was the first time I tried it.  Scuba diving was thrilling as I needed to wear a lot to protect me under water.  I felt scared at first but when I was under water, I felt relieved and content that I was able to do an extreme sport without too much difficulty.  In addition, I bought a lot of souvenirs for my friends and family such as sea shells and fish which are carved out of a wood.

I particularly loved the sunset.  It was purple and yellow which are complementary colours in art. My companion took a picture of me with my daughter and it has received a thousand likes on facebook).  Furthermore, I also had my picture taken at one of their sun bathing spots where I looked as if I were painted on a canvas.  The background was so glorious that it’s as if someone had done it on purpose.  It was magnificent.

I would highly recommend that you get a henna tattoo.  I got one on my back and it looks fantastic especially when I was wearing my bathing suit with a tan.  If you are on the conservative side, I would suggest that you get one on your hand.  The good thing is that it’s not permanent and you can even take pictures and post them on social networking sites.

Four days is not long enough and if I had the time, I’d love to spend more days or even weeks there.  I never knew that there could be such a beautiful spot here in the Philippines such as Boracay.  It is truly a paradise.

And here’s the catch, I’m going back to your bosom.  I’m going to do a lot more particularly, the things that I miss the last time.
